During the course of these discussions it has become apparent that some clients may not have in place effective "Money Systems" and methods to better manage their property investment cashflows.
As a result we plan to run some RCR Information Sessions in 2008 dedicated purely to "Effective Property Investment Tax & Cashflow Management". These sessions will be slightly technical however necessarily so to ensure our clients fully understand:-
- how does negative gearing really work?
- how can I get my tax return every payday?
- how can I budget 12 months ahead more effectively?
- how should I structure my accounts to better manage my cashflows?
Subject to demand, we plan to run small classes of no more than 10 people at our Wantirna office.
If you have concerns or are experiencing difficulties in the effective management of your property investment cashflows and would be interested in attending one of our "Effective Property Investment Tax & Cashflow Management" sessions, simply register your interest by email and we will advise you when these classes will be conducted.
